Bug Description
I just installed Ubuntu 7.10, on two computers, and connected a windows network share to them from the 'Places' menu. The connection didn't show up on the desktop, so I tried again and again. After a reboot, my desktop was littered with SMB connections. I verified on the other install, and the same happened there.
