[security] root-consol without password after Xorg crash

Bug Description

After boot xorg starts in low-graphic mode and ask what to do. I click on shutdown. That didn't work, but now I was logged in as root@mymaschine on console without been asked for password

Thank you for reporting this bug and helping make Ubuntu even better. This is expected behavior if you do not have a root password set (because Ubuntu encourages the use of sudo by default).

I am closing this bug because the same effect could be achieved by rebooting the computer into single user mode.
