egroupware doesn't install corrrectly

Bug Description
After apt-get install egroupware, it is possible to access the webadmin at localhost/
But, mysql is not enabled, and it seems to default to postgresql.
Then, after initial setup, follows a configuration step. This immediately notices that no pgresql database is created. It gives instructions how to do that, using the command createuser which is not installed. After installing postgresql-
another program needs to be installed: postgresql-
There is a choice between 8.1 and 8.2 I choose 8.2
then the createuser works, it asks for new password, and then it can not connect to pgresql.
