Default Ubuntu background displayed after login with blubuntu theme selected

Bug Description

After selecting blubuntu themes for desktop and gdm, and ensuring that the background colour is set to blue (#3966A3) for both the destop and the gdm theme, the default ubuntu human background colour will be displayed after completing the login on gdm and before the desktop theme is loaded.
