Network settings aren't set in Dragonboard

Bug Description

Test case.
- Flash a current image on the SD Card.
- Insert the SD card on the Dragonboard.
- Power on the Dragonboard.
- After the boot process is finished, press Enter to go to console-conf.
- Introduce the wifi credentials.
- Press "Done" to proceed with the credentials.

Expected result.
- Wifi credentials are correctly set and user can proceed to U1 screen.

Actual result.
- Network credentials aren't never applied, so user can't pass the network screen.

After reboot network changes are applied and you can enter your email address

This bug was fixed in the package subiquity - 0.0.21

Yeah. I confirm that the problem is gone with today's daily image.
