Bug Description

Python 3.6 will have native support for SHA-3, but earlier versions don't. Since the snappy ecosystem uses SHA-3 extensively, it would be handy for Python applications to be able to easily deal with it. pysha3 is a backport of the Python 3.6 standard library module, monkey-patching hashlib to add support for the SHA-3 family.
