No .vapi in Zesty

Bug Description

The .vapi file is missing from the packaging in the Zesty version.
This triggers some build to fail in elementary for example.

Rico, thanks for working on this.

I would like to see your format-security patch forwarded upstream before I upload to Ubuntu. Please make sure the upstream bug # is mentioned in the patch. It looks like the upstream bug tracker is at bugzilla.gnome.org, product NetworkManager.

Could you change dh_install --list-missing to --fail-missing?

By the way, Ubuntu's nm packaging is at
