No issues yet, was installing ahead of time, you know just encase, the system detected this problem.

You need to install headers package for the kernel you are using

The kernel driver (dkms) fails to build due to the bad logic in drivers/Makefile trying to detect the non-existent modversions.h (Ubuntu kernels do not use CONFIG_MODVERSIONS ) and thus not adding -I$(KERNEL_DIR)/include to the search path - so cannot find linux/init.h

Even with that fixed there is no asm/linkage.h since $(KERNEL_DIR)/build/arch/x86/include is not in the search path.
