Bug Description

From gstamc-constants.h:
  /* NV12 but with stride and plane heights aligned to 32, Stores two images,
   * one after the other in top-bottom layout */
  COLOR_QCOM_FormatYVU420SemiPlanar32mMultiView = 0x7fa30c05,

Support is added by adding android-gst color format mapping, using the same code as COLOR_QCOM_FormatYUV420SemiPlanar to handle software conversion (as in gstamc.c) and adding special handling for multi-view nature of the format (as in gstamcvideodec.c).

Adding support for this format fixes video playback on Fairphone 2.
