v0.7.4 bug-fix release of budgie-desktop-environment

enc is a debdiff for the change which has been tested against the current v0.7.3 version of budgie-desktop-environment

The changes look good, However the diff doesnt seem to apply properly

Hmm strange enough that it fails on my system when applied the same way.. Could you please do a PPA upload if possible so that I can sponsor the same?
