Fresh boot hangs on network - needs policykit-1

Bug Description

A new zesty system hangs on first boot after successful installation using mini-iso. If restart networking, it says the name org.freedesktop.PolicyKit1 was not provided by any .service files.

Ubuntu 17.04 (zesty) reached end-of-life on January 13, 2018.

Do you still see a problem related to the one that you reported when using a currently supported version of Ubuntu? Please let us know if you do otherwise this report can be left to expire in approximately 60 days time.
