Bug Description

Python async test fails with OpenSSL 1.1.1b, after upgrading from 1.1.1. Reported also in the Python tracker.

As far as I understand, this was an issue in python and it has been fixed. I'm going to mark the openssl side as Invalid.

I guess the python side can be marked as Fix Released but I'll let you do it.
