Bug Description
To reproduce:
1. In a VM....
2. Install ubuntu selection "Use LVM with the new Ubuntu Installation"
3. Complete the installation
4. Reboot
5. Try to install another ubuntu
6. On the "installation type" page there is no option to install Ubuntu alongside the previous version.
