Seems to happen when going into "Set Time Format" and switching from "United States" to "Sweden"

Can confirm that 'M04' is displayed when switching from default setting to Sweden. Obviously logging out and back in again is required to see the change.

Alright, so it appears I chose the "wrong" Swedish.
There's 3 other regions you can choose "smj_SE", "sma_SE" and "sv_SE".
The correct one shows the correct date, etc is "sv_SE", while "smj_SE & sma_SE" displays it as M04.

All are marked as "Sweden", but no idea what "smj_SE", "sma_SE" stands for.
