No Graphic Uploading in Ubuntu 8.4

Bug Description

No Graphics when starting Ubuntu 8.4. Only a Black blank screen for 80 seconds. Shoot down only in characters mode.

G. Arena : Can you provide the following informations to help fixing this bug?

   1.Attach the file created by this command in a terminal : sudo lspci -vvnn > lspci-vvnn.txt
   2.The output of this command in a terminal : cat /etc/usplash.conf
   3.The output of this command in a terminal : uname -a
   4.Attach the file created by this command in a terminal : cat /boot/grub/menu.lst > menu.lst
