Bug Description

Binary package hint: oem-config

The KDE frontend has no background, it just draws whatever was there last.

I've noticed this also using the kubuntu i386 dvd from 20080318.1.

I can't recreate this problem with the current package. If the wallpaper file doesn't exist it just draws a normal grey background. With Alex's change it draws a black background, which is not what's wanted.
