Vinagre appears in Add/remove applications twice as "remote desktop viewer"

Bug Description

Binary package hint: vinagre

This might actually be an add/remove applications bug but the summary says everything I believe. Vinagre appears two times under Add/remove applications.

I think it's because there's two .desktop files for it. Not sure how to fix.

/usr/share/applications/vinagre.desktop
/usr/share/applications/vinagre-file.desktop

The file /usr/share/applications/vinagre-file.desktop contains NoDisplay=True

Perhaps desktop files with NoDisplay=True should not be added to app-install-data-ubuntu.
