Bug Description
TEST CASE: On selecting "Reboot the system" from the rescue menu, it does not reboot, but throws me into the installer's main menu. From that menu it is not immediately clear what to do, since it does not have a reboot. "Abort installation" does fine, but it would be better to reboot straight away. (Reproducible on Hardy.)
This is due to a change in rescue 1.12 that tried to db_subst a question that only exists for some of the options on the rescue menu. Checking its return code is sufficient. This has been done in rescue 1.14 in Debian, which will be synced into intrepid once it's open for business.

Possible regressions for this patch should be limited to other entries on the rescue menu not working, which can easily be verified.

Please sync rescue 1.14 from Debian after RC to fix this. (It has some other changes; I haven't verified this from the diff but the changelog says they're just translation changes.)
