Bug Description

Binary package hint: gmountiso

Gmount-iso checks the filename for .iso extention. This makes troubles as there are many files in .mds format. Gmount-iso can easily mount those files, but only after they renamed to have .iso filename extention. I think removing this useless extention check may greatly simplify the usage of the program.

Hey Logan, how are you going to include this? I think the better is to pack the new gmount-iso 0.4.1 release into Ubuntu instead, as it includes this fix already and some others. Upstream link: https://launchpad.net/gmount-iso
