Bug Description

Binary package hint: wallpaper

Not having a watch file can cause automatic updates to function improperly, also not having a watch file can make it difficult for developers to ensure that the latest software is included in each release.

I found this bug via harvest. I could not find this package in Debian, so I'm thinking that it has been removed. This bug is over 6 months old and the package has not been updated since 2002, and needs a lot more love than what I'm giving it, however the upstream author seems to still be active. I have cleaned up the patch provided by Bodsda (thanks Bodsda) so it is ready for sponsoring. I am using this opportunity to learn how to use bzr and bzrtools. I have set up a bzr branch for this fix

This bug was fixed in the package wallpaper - 0.1-1ubuntu1
