Needs explicit include of stdlib.h

This bug was fixed in the package inetutils - 2:1.5.dfsg.1-7ubuntu1

  * debian/patches/53_NULL_undeclared.patch:
    + Explicitly include stdlib.h for gcc 4.3 (LP: #247354)
  * Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
    specification.
