[Patch] TPCButton preference not respected for eraser devices

Bug Description

Binary package hint: wacom-tools

The Windows XP Wacom driver makes both the stylus end and eraser end of a pen respect the TPCButton setting (which makes it so you have to hold down the rocker switch and tap to get a middle or right click, instead of merely pressing the rocker switch), whereas the Xorg driver only recognizes it for the stylus end.

The fix for this seems to be a trivial one-liner, and i'm attaching a patch that works on my system.

I've forwarded the patch upstream for comment. I'm concerned that surely that bit of code was put in there for a reason, so worry that removing it might disable desired functionality for some people.

Okay, upstream took the patch, with the following comment:

"There is only one button for eraser, the eraser button. You can not get the
side switch button event when using the eraser. So, enable it or not would
not cause any difference. I will apply the patch just in case..."

Since this is taken upstream, we can close this bug once wacom-tools gets sync'd in from Debian.

This behavior seems to have regressed as of Oneiric. I'm once again unable to activate TabletPCButton mode on the eraser of my Intuos3 (While I am able to do this is Windows)
