ebox-ntp depends on ntp-server metapackage, which does not exist

Bug Description

ntp-server does not exist in Intrepid, which makes ebox-ntp uninstallable due to unsatisfied dependencies.

SOLUTION:
Replace the ntp-server dependency with one for ntp.
