Dependency problem in Intrepid: Kwave

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
  kwave: Depends: kcontrol (> 4:3.0) but it is not installable
E: Broken packages

Solved with version 0.7.11, published in Debian.

So it is a sync request for kwave version 0.7.11 from Debian Sid.

 I built it correctly with pbuilder without any changes for Ubuntu.

Here is the changelog linked to that version upgrade:

  * Remove dpatch system and add quilt instead.
  * Update to Standards-Version 3.8.0, no changes required.

The dependency problem with kcontrol is still there in 0.7.11 (I had problems to build the package fixed by last version, because of KDE3, that are fixed by this release).
So I put the bug again as In Progress

Waiting for Bug #271630, before being able to solve this one.

I've uploaded kwave 8 to my ppa. Can you please test it?
