Bug Description
Binary package hint: anon-proxy
on installation anon-proxy starts fine from the dpkg postinst script. on reboot the init script fails without error which seems to be down to the /var/run/anon-proxy directory not existing anymore.
adding some /var/run/anon-proxy creation checks into the init script seems to fix it.
if it helps, attached is the patch file for /etc/init.

under a tmpfs, so it will be erased each reboot (LP: #261799).
