FTBFS fix for alsaplayer

Bug Description

This patch clears a FTBFS in alsaplayer in intrepid. As an FTBFS, it is a serious regression, and thus qualifies for a freeze exception.

Its a bug fix only upload, it doesn't require approval from motu-release.

alsaplayer (0.99.80-3ubuntu1) intrepid; urgency=low

  * Added 06_ftbfs_fix.dpatch to correct FTBFS caused
    by updated glibc headers. (LP: #262581)
  * Fixed rules file to have a proper clean target
  * Bumped standards version to make package lintian clean
  * Did the following dependency changes:
     - xlibmesa-gl-dev -> libgl1-mesa-dev, as the first one is a transitional
       package
     - libflac-dev (>= 1.1.4-1) -> libflac-dev (>= 1.1.4)
  * Changed Maintainer in complience with the DebianMaintainerField policy
