Bug Description

Similar to this bug, with the difference that I don't even have an entry for it
in my Applications or System -> Preferences menu at all.

nvidia-settings provides some important options, I think it is important and
easy to fix this. Being forced to type nvidia-settings in the console to start
it is not very user friendly, please give it an entry in the menu and an icon.
