Please upgrade to 0.23.92

thank you for your work on this update, some notes:

- you should describe the changes in the changelog, ie if you add a libcanberra build-depends it should be listed there
- there is no need to list the patches which are still applied since those are not changes in the new version
- the new version doesn't use gnome-vfs, the control.in should be updated to reflect that, the libglade requirement also need to be updated

could you do those changes and update the bug?

the build doesn't active some plugins, I've opened http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=551515 upstream about that issue, would be nice to fix before upload

the update looks correct now I'll sponsor it, thank you for your work on those changes
