Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubiquity
Although the controlling code is the same, ubiquity doesn't include grub-installer for lpia, and doesn't include partman-efi for either lpia or amd64 when building debian-installer components.
As a result, lpia users must manually install grub (after ignoring a python traceback), and neither lpia nor amd64 users may take advantage of efi-partitioning models.

the current hardware supports it usefully.
* When creating a new partition, default to logical if a primary partition
already exists, since there are stricter constraints on primary
