KDE4: KUser does not create new user's directory

Bug Description

Kubuntu Intrepid Beta with all upgrades.

I added a new user by "KUser", the user was created but the home directory was not created.
The command line "adduser" worked perfectly.

I can confirm this.

The user is created. The home directory for the user is not.

Also, the user can't log in.
I created manualy a folder and when the new user logs in it says that kstartconfig cant be found.

also the "create skeleton" option which is presumably supposed to create directories similar to the primary users home dir, ie:

root@lounge:/home# ls -al /etc/skel
total 28
drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 2008-10-05 09:16 .
drwxr-xr-x 125 root root 12288 2008-10-06 21:01 ..

perhaps if home dir were created then these would also work..but whoever is fixing this might check that this works as expected as well.

Yes. Fixing the homedir creation fixes the kstartconfig problem too.

This bug was fixed in the package kdeadmin - 4:4.1.2-0ubuntu2
