Valid config for French Orange Internet Everywhere 3G:

Number: *99#
User: (none)
password: (none)
APN: orange.ie

Not sure it is the right place to request it to be added though...

Hi thanks for your report, i'm marking as confirmed.

I sent the corresponding patch upstream as stated here:

http://live.gnome.org/NetworkManager/MobileBroadband/ServiceProviders

Also i'm attaching it to this bug report.
