Bug Description

Frontend-only install of Mytbuntu 8.04.1 (both i386 & AMD64 versions) does not create /var/log/mythtv.
Logfile is written to /tmp/mythfrontend.xxxx.log where xxxx is the PID of the running Mythfrontend session.

Manual fix is:

sudo mkdir /var/log/mythtv
sudo chmod 777 /var/log/mythtv

This is a duplicate of Bug #185646, which was posted as fixed back in April. I'm listing a fresh bug report, as it is still present.

Advanced install -> Frontend only from 8.04.1 LiveCD on two separate machines, one i386 .iso, one AMD64 .iso
