Bug Description

Binary package hint: bugzilla

Frequently, when users submit new bugs in our local bugzilla installation, they get the following errors:

-------
Bugzilla has suffered an internal error. Please save this page and send it to [redacted] with details of what you were doing at the time this message appeared.

undef error - Insecure dependency in exec while running with -T switch at /usr/share/perl5/Mail/Mailer/sendmail.pm line 22.
------

This seems to be the error from <https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=340538>, which is alleged to be fixed in bugzilla 2.22.1, however we're still getting it. This is a 100% stock install of the bugzilla package on an up-to-date Ubuntu 8.04.1 system.
