Bug Description

Changes (from the upstream web site):

New server/request/response API
Simplification of all allocation
Updates to match draft RFC specification
Complete error message and diagnostics overhaul
Numerous protocol, error and bug-fixes
Thread safety in all resolvers
Complete spfd and spfquery rewrite
New cache algorithm
Fixes for alignment on Sparc systems

It also fixes a number of memory leaks.

OK. Not just bug fixing. Has some small ABI changes. Will test before upload with repends.

Worked with the libspf2 upstream and inspected the source of the one external rdepend (milter-greylist) for the library and it does not use the changed ABI in an unsafe way. Test built milter-greylist and it builds fine. Should be good to go.
