Bug Description

Please merge jack-audio-connection-kit 0.116.1-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

 jack-audio-connection-kit (0.116.1-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * Build-Depend on libsamplerate-dev and libcelt-dev (Closes: #509579)
   * Use su to start jackd from the init script, because start-stop-daemon
     is not pam-aware and doesn't honor the settings of /etc/security/limits.conf
   * Maintainer is now pkg-multimedia, set control field accordingly
