Bug Description
fontforge current FTBFS on rebuild attempts and on ARM due to a change in behavior of autotools. This patch corrects that, and also corrects the use of libtool in one of the modules.

- Modified to handle new autotools behavior by copying config.* after
calling autotools rebuild scripts
* debian/
- Modifies menesis module to call libtool with a mode option which
is required with new versions of libtool
