make the 'help' screen in screen-profiles-helper a toggle

Bug Description

Binary package hint: screen-profiles

Please make the 'help' screen in screen-profiles-helper a toggle.

When on the "Help" screen, there's a checkbox that you can uncheck and dismiss the help screen at startup. This should be a toggle, such that you have the help screen turned off on helper lunch, you can easily toggle it back on.

Shouldn't be too tough to do.

This bug was fixed in the package screen-profiles - 1.7-0ubuntu1

---------------
screen-profiles (1.7-0ubuntu1) jaunty; urgency=low

  * Add toggles to fix bugs LP: #315884 and LP: #315885 for help screen and
    install of screen by defaults
