[wishlist] urls not recognised unless preceded with http://

Bug Description
urls are not recognised and unable to click and go to unless they are preceded by http:// the afor mentioned prefix is assumed these days as is www. or at least most websites allow you to go to the site minus the www thus anything with a .suffix should be clickable.
