Binary package hint: kita2

In upstream develop branch, KDE bindings has been migrated from KDE3 to KDE4.
However there is no official release yet. I will do packaging from SVN repository.

The package says it complies with Debian Policy 3.8.0, which requires the Homepage: field in debian/control. In the interests of making sure this gets in before Jaunty feature freeze, I we ahead and updated the package and uploaded. Because it was removed, it will have to go through the New review process again, but it is uploaded in time to get in.
