cancelling an account creation/rename is not intuitive

Bug Description
When adding a new account or editing one, the text box appears. However the only way to cancel this is to cause the text control to lose focus. Either:
- pressing Escape should cancel this and/or
- there should be a button next to it (clicking this would automatically close it since the textctrl would lose focus)

Fixed in r133 of 0.5; escape cancels just as a lose focus event does. This seems clean and won't clutter things.
