Bug Description

Binary package hint: gromacs

autoreconf -f -i seems to break libtool.

make[6]: Entering directory `/tmp/buildd/gromacs-4.0.3/build/basic/src/gmxlib/nonbonded/nb_kernel_x86_64_sse'
/bin/bash ../../../../libtool --mode=compile x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc -c -o nb_kernel010_x86_64_sse.lo ../../../../../../src/gmxlib/nonbonded/nb_kernel_x86_64_sse/nb_kernel010_x86_64_sse.s

libtool: Version mismatch error. This is libtool 2.2.6 Debian-2.2.6a-1ubuntu1, but the
libtool: definition of this LT_INIT comes from an older release.
libtool: You should recreate aclocal.m4 with macros from libtool 2.2.6 Debian-2.2.6a-1ubuntu1
libtool: and run autoconf again.

Is it OK to just remove that change? Is it not needed for anything?

This bug was fixed in the package gromacs - 4.0.3-1ubuntu1

---------------
gromacs (4.0.3-1ubuntu1) jaunty; urgency=low

  * Add LT_INIT to configure.ac so that the libtool script can find its version,
fixing the build error. (LP: #327354)
