FTBFS on Jaunty

Bug Description

We are trying to transition all package to boost1.35 and drop boost in Jaunty, but cgal doesn't build:

If you fix this, please change boost -> boost1.35 at the same time.

Builds fine for i386 and amd64 with boost1.35:

Problem exists with lpia only (dependencies):

"Package libatlas-base-dev is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
