cant drag a file to a folder in new nautilus location button bar

Bug Description

it would be really handy to be able to drag and drop files on to the buttons in the new loaction bar to move them to the folders.

i keep trying to do this and it keeps not working

The bug linked upstream has been marked a duplicate of http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=309842, but I can't seem to figure out how to change the upsteam bug link.
