Bug Description

editra (also wxglade) seams to search for wx packets from wrong directory. example:
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/wx/tools/Editra/Editra'

$ sudo find -name Editra
./usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/wx-2.8-gtk2-unicode/wx/tools/Editra
./usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/wx-2.8-gtk2-unicode/wx/tools/Editra/Editra
./usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/wx/tools/Editra
./usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/wx-2.8-gtk2-unicode/wx/tools/Editra
./usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/wx-2.8-gtk2-unicode/wx/tools/Editra/Editra
./usr/share/python-wxgtk2.8/Editra

Same kind of a problem for wxglade:
wxglade
python: can't open file '/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/wxglade/wxglade.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

find -name wxglade
./usr/bin/wxglade
./usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/wxglade
./usr/share/pyshared/wxglade

Yeps, editra works now, thanx!
I have though still problems with wxglade, but the problem might be in my own system (have re-install wx packages, and try again)
$ wxglade

wxglade seams to work if /usr/bin/wxglade is changed to use dist-packages instead of site-packages

Somehow there was an old version of wxglade in Finnish repository, now updated to wxglade - 0.6.3-0.1ubuntu2 and works like charm :-)
