Bug Description

Binary package hint: yelp

The link to "Connecting to the internet" on the front page of yelp is not working since the document changed slightly. I'll attach a debdiff which fixes the issue. I've taken the opportunity to change the wording "desktop effects" to "visual effects" in line with the current UI.

I've just realised that the change to the "desktop effects" constitutes a string change - I think this is reasonable given that it's a question of consistency with the rest of the desktop strings. From a documentation point of view it doesn't raise any issues, I'm happy to notify the translation teams if this change is acceptable.

Thank you.
