Rebuild netifaces for Python 2.6 transition

This package fails to work under Jaunty as 2.4 and 2.5 modules are built. Rebuild is required to include 2.6.

Rebuilt and tested.

/usr/lib/python-support/python-netifaces/python2.6
/usr/lib/python-support/python-netifaces/python2.6/netifaces.so

now exists.
