Bug Description

Binary package hint: libfinance-quote-perl

gnucash 2.2.6-2ubuntu3 quit importing stock quotes for me today. Running gnc-fq-dump reported valid data except for the date, which was 00/00/2000.

I did some research on the web, then ran gnc-fq-update, which updated Finance::Quote to 1.15. I had been using the 1.13 version packaged with Intrepid (libfinance-quote-perl 1.13-3).

Quotes are now working properly for me, both from the gnc-fq-dump tool and gnucash itself.

This seems to be the same issue as bug 272777, but began only within the past few days/weeks for me (unsure exactly when, as I hadn't tried retrieving quotes recently).

This bug was fixed in the package libfinance-quote-perl - 1.16-1ubuntu1

---------------
libfinance-quote-perl (1.16-1ubuntu1) karmic; urgency=low

  * Drop debian/patches/07_encoding.diff, which now has the field order
inverted again relative to what it needs to be in the new upstream
    version. LP: #352750.
