kde displays low home directory disk space when home is part of /

Bug Description

Kubuntu Desktop 9.04RC 4.20.9 version i386

Kde Desktop

Shortly after first boot of newly installed Kubuntu Desktop i386
the message in the attached .png file displays saying that the
home directory is low on disk space.

Does not apply, home is part of / and / has plenty of space.

Shutdown and rebooted to see if same msg came up and it did on
the second boot after installation

I looked at the number wrong, the / fs is 98% full after the repartition and insatllation
