Bug Description
I attempted to assign a bug using this form:

The assignee was invalid, and an error was correctly reported, but there was no indication on the page of the cause of the error. Two boxes were displayed at the top of the page:
An error occurred.
There are 1 problems with the information you entered. Please fix them and try again.
but no form elements were highlighted.
