Bug Description

Currently Dell has to individually list each language in it's preseed so that they will not be removed. This request is to allow for some concept to allow for them to specify all the languages with one statement, instead of having to list each individual language pack.

This could be potentially achieved by having a meta package that depends on all the language packs.

A metapackage would be unnecessary and IMO inappropriate, but I've added code so that as of Karmic you'll be able to say:

  d-i pkgsel/language-packs string ALL
